Dear all,

I may have a silly question, when i was trying to perform clustering by FlowSOM or Phenograph, two plugins from flowjo, nothing came out. Did i set something wrong?

I am using M1 mac, and set R path /usr/local/bin/ or /usr/local/bin/R or /usr/local/bin/r, none of this can make the output showing up.

Can someone help me out? Thanks a lot!
