I have used this batch Of MOPS medium several times ， the BL21(E.COLI) grow normally, however, recent days, the strain did not grow in this medium. I can not figure out it.

Because deuterated succinate or acetate are less expensive carbon sources, E. coli is frequently cultivated on a minimal medium. coli BL21 in minimum media that differed in salt content but not in carbon supply. The regularly used M9 medium did not allow for the best development of E.
E. coli, on the other hand, is a mesophile that thrives best at 37 degrees Celsius in neutral pH conditions. E. coli is a facultative aerobe that can grow in the absence of oxygen, but it can take more energy from its nutrition supply and grow faster in the presence of oxygen.
no like that, what I use is MOPS medium, tempreture and aerobe were provided as normal. but still thanks for your answer
