Why don't we talk about quality factor in any DC-DC isolated converter other than resonant converter?

In resonant converter we study about quality factor. But in any other isolated dc DC Converter where we use leakage inductance for power link purpose. Can we consider quality factor in it too?

Mohamed Azab Yes sir , So can we consider quality factor in it or not if not then why so because in series resonant dc dc converter we have input square wave and we discuss quality factor in it.
