I'm trying to simulate a welding process in ANSYS workbench. When I looking for the temperature-dependence properties for the materials, almost all articles give, for the mechanical part, Young's modulus, Poisson's Ratio, thermal expansion and yield strenth. About the latter, I set it in the bilinear isotropic hardening model, but I also require to set de tangent modulus.

My ask is, do I really need to set tangent modulus? If so, why do most article do not give the tangent modulus?
