I am doing metal complex-DNA interaction..addition of DNA results in enhancement in fluorescence intensity of the Zn(II) complex in the range 380-660 nm with an excitation wavelength 360 nm.

1. How to calculate binding parameters (number of binding site and binding constant)?

2. What can we infer from the increase in fluorescence intensity?
