Hello, dear community.
In the last days, I noticed that our electroporation hardware (Bio-Rad Gene Pulser Xcell) is not showing the values used for the electric pulse to transform electrocompetent cells. In the attached image (Figure 1) the values were described (Constant time and volts), but now the parameters are shown as 0 (Figure 2); even though the variables remain as 0, the transformation of the cells was successful.
I have already tried with different culture brots with variations on the salt concentration (even used MiliQ water), but after executing the protocol, the displayed values were still 0.
Has anyone faced this issue and managed to solve it?
