I have acquired a [1H-13C]-HSQC spectrum of a sample containing D2O as a solvent, and when I type ''xfb'' to process the FID and see the result I have an abnormal result (See joint picture). as you may see in the picture, the experience did not finish but I did the experience before with another sample containing D2O as a solvent and the result was the same (the parameter set is CMCseHSQC).

this looks like the residual water (HDO) signal causes this ridge. Maybe your sample contain higher levels of HDO or H2O. The sequence you use does not contain any additional solvent suppression other than the gradient coherence selection. I am attaching a version of the pulse program that uses presaturation during the relaxation delay. this will remove the residual water. Additionally I observe a strong disturbance on the lock. It appears that possibly a 2H Stop filter on the BB or 13C channel is missing. With best regards
