Why does Prism not give an equation for some curves?

Hello,

I am using Graphpad Prism to generate a standard curve of data. In this instance, I have used the curve called "Sigmoidal, 4PL, X is concentration". Unlike for a linear regression, Graphpad does not provide an equation for this curve. How can I find the equation for my curve?
