Why does my methylene blue stain look normal, but my antibody stain cause halos in my dot blot?

In the attached images, the one that has even staining is the membrane stained with methylene blue, and the one with uneven staining is the antibody-probed membrane exposed on film. What could be causing this discrepancy?
