For those who attack the Holy Book (Qur'an), they are either ignorant or motivated by misleading ideas/ideologies including Islamophobia, hatred, racism and bigotry. Islam as the last/final religion emphasizes not only the respect for, but also the belief in other Abrahamic religions (Judaism and Christianity) as essential principles of Islamic faith i.e., the belief in Allah, the angels, holy books, Prophets, and hereafter). Therefore, Muslims (educated or literate and illiterate) are aware that any violation of these principles endangers their faith. Radical or extremist Muslims who violate these principles are not considered as true Muslims.

Hiba you are mistaken, there are many other sons of religion that are being attacked too. Christianity is attacked daily. When we do not allow prayer in schools or we are not allowed to mentioned Jesus in public school for fear that we are promoting Christianity on individuals who are minors is what America has come to. On the other hand American children grow up mentally disturbed, strung out on drugs and rock music, or engaging in promiscuous sexual acts that are not biblical. When we are not allowed to teach chasity to our young people we are losing them to all sorts of outlets that is very unhealthy for them. Because we attack Christianity we lose our children. I wrote a book and you can find it on Amazon called "Practical Guidance About Love, Sex and Marriage". I share in my book the importance of purity and chasity based on the Christian Bible. In one chapter I discuss celibacy which is abstinence, which can be a gift from God if we decide to not marry. Even the Roman Catholic Bible have been attacked for the use of the lost books that the fathers rejected in the Christian Bible. I read one of the lost book of the Roman Catholic Bible and I found it to be very interesting. I guess the story could be true. But Islam is not alone, we are all attacked for the good we try to bring in the world. The Christian Bible says that men love darkness more than light because their deeds are evil, (St. John 3:19).

What I mean by the question here is the attack on the Koran and other Islamic symbols of from some owners of other religions and not followers of the same religion.

Concerning the case of Christians who say "Christianity is attacked daily. What about daughters? I can't be sure, but I doubt that there would be much of an attack among Mahayan Buddhists or those who lead Shinto. That said, I see no reason why women can't attack a religious text or its symbolic system just as easily as men.

Muslims who read The Recitation (Al-Qur'aan) with understanding of its Arabic meaning know of a translated verse (ayat) that says "All who believe in me and the Judgement Day and practice righteousness unto them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve - the Jews, Christians and Sabeans". Another verse says "let there be no compulsion in one's way of life (diyn)". Therefore, Muslims guided by these verses would not be hostile with the "People of the Book" (ahlal kitab).

People of other faiths do not read in their books any explicit mention of Muslims in the way that Muslims read of them explicitly in print versions of The Recitation. That alone goes far in explaining why their attitudes towards Muslims are not as peaceful (Islamic) as practicing Muslims are with them.

وفي القرآن يقول الله تعالى (( لا إكره في الدين)) ويقول أيضا ((لكم دينكم ولي دين)) ويقول أيضا ((إنك لا تهدي من أحببت ولكن الله يهدي من يشاء)) وهذه الآيات القرآنية تدل على أنه لا يجبر أحد على دخول الإسلام رغما عنه .

Because Muslims believe in all of prophets. Each prophet confirms the previous ones and so do Muslims because the last prophet is their prophet; but Christians or Jewish can not accept last prophet as the best, because it means they and their religion are not right and their religion is expired.

People have different religious orientations, culture and awareness and these experiences have impacted positively and negatively on our respective religions the way they perceive other religious books.Muslims sometimes do not get offended when people from other religions attack the Koran rather they pick offence when the Koran is criticized by christians

First of all Muslims are tutored by Allah to respect other beliefs and religions. and are also told that they will experience many challenges and harmful words from the infidels and people of Book.. and that they should respects the whole books revealed before the Noble Qur'an like the holy Bible and other books, and that they should believe in the whole Messengers sent by Allah including Jesus.. and that Qur'an is the last message sent by Allah and will superseed the previous revelations.

Djamita, people are wary of things that they do not understand. I remember reading that in my country a school teacher called the police because a student that was Muslim turned in a science project that she thought was a bomb. The child had no plans for bomb-making. The teacher associated all Muslims as terrorists and wants to blow up buildings. Although she apologized to the parents. The parents sued the school because they arrested their child for erroneous reasons.

Because of extremist groups (ISIS, etc.) in Muslim countries people associate all Muslims with terrorists which is not the case. If my family stole all the time then my family would be known as thieves or robbers. If my family was promiscuous all the time then my family would be classified as immoral people or unholy people. In the Christian Bible, the book of St. John 13:35 says, "By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples if you have love one to another." This is how a Christian family is recognized.

Myself, I associate those who love Mohammed and Allah with prayers. People of Allah seem to always pray in every situation, which I think is commendable. Like among the Christian religions and among other religions there are hypocrites who put on an act before the prophets but are really murderers, robbers, and unholy people. Jesus said to let the flowers and the grass grow together, because if you try to separate them you may pull up a flower rather than a grass (Matthew 13:29-31). On the last day, God will judge everyone and he will do the separation.

To change people's concepts about you the Christian Bible says you must show good works so that people will know you have repented of evil works. God will not forget your works of kindness, love, and generosity. You will be given everlasting life and a future with hope. Hope will not disappoint you. I think I have said enough. God bless you.
