Why electrochemical models are not given priority to finding out the optimal size?

- In addition to Michael's useful comments, I would add that accurate emulation of most electochemical systems expressed as equivalent circuits requires unusual circuit elements like Warburg impedances and constant phase networks. There are probably no circuit analysis tools that accommodated such elements as standard. They have to be emulated using, as Michael states, partial differential equations and fractional integrals eg dnx/dtn where n is not an integer.
