Why do I see big brown particle in my IP lysate after overnight incubation ?

Hello all, I have been trying to do immunoprecipitation and I am seeing big particles of magnetic beads in the cell lysate That doesn't seem to dissolve. Do y'all know the possible reason? I have been struggling to IP in the pancreatic cancer cell line for HSF1 protein. Any insight might help.
