I think you shouldn't give na.action as an argument in the function dredge. From the mumin manual "...It is a common mistake to give na.action as an argument in the call to dredge (typically resulting in an error from the rank function to which the argument is passed through ‘. . . ’)".

In fact, I don't specify na.action in the dredge function but in the global model (before applying the dredge function). If I don't include this option in the glmm or in the lmer then the dredge function doesn't run even if I have any NA in my data..

Because I have any NA, I guess that the "na.action" doesn't impact the model.avg results?

I wrote a function to set the parameters correctly and to dredge models in parallel, drastically reducing the time it takes to dredge a model. Here's the script, you can run it by entering the following code (with the correct parameters; notice the quotes around  the data and model object names).
