I ordered an ELISA kit, they give me a calibrator for each biological environment (oral fluid calibrator, blood calibrator and urina calibrator) whereas in general we only find one calibrator for all biological samples.
I want to know why ?

For best answer, I'd contact the manufacturer. That said, there may be very different ranges in each of the different compartments, so the multiple calibrators are for different linear curves. Oftentimes curves aren't linear over a wide range though they are in a small range.

It would be useful to know what molecule does the ELISA kit measures but regardless that, I think it has to do with the interaction of the analyte with the matrix, it may be more or less available (prone to bind to coating antibodies) so if you use a sample type without a matching calibrator you might obtained no reproducible results (falsely high or low values).
An analogy would be measuring a high jump competition performed on the moon using an Earth standard, or saying an athlete is slow because its 100 mt track time done on sand is longer than the times done on polyurethane.
