Why can't I download my own research when I click on view full text on public full text?

I am trying to download my pdf of my research. when I go onto public full-text and click view full text it says loading pdf and never loads to view it.

please can you help me to sort this out

To download, click on "More" (right from the blue "Share" button), then on "Download". - I tried to click on "View full-text" at one of my own publications (137 MB), and it started to load the file after a couple of seconds. With slow Internet connection, I guess this will take much longer.
