The A20HA (a B cell lymphoma cell line A20 expressing HA antigen) - bearing mice were treated with 150 mg/kg cyclophosphamide. Ten days later, the mice were killed and the splenocytes were subjected for FACS analysis. I can see very clear two populations in B220+ cells (B220intermedia and B220high, see attachment). I have demonstrated that the B220intermedia cells are neither tumor cells nor plasma cells (B220lowCD138+). I am just wondering what cells they are, do they have any biological function?
They might be pre-mNK cells, see this article:

They may also be NKT cells, which as far as I remember also express B220. I published a paper some years ago describing the appearance of a population of NKT cells following cyclophosphamide treatment.
This probably depends on the degree of plasma cells differentiation. See this article J Immunol. 2007, 178:2192. Mónica Vermeulen
Onother possibility is that they are plasmacitoid DCs ( B220 highCD11clow) and should represent less of 1% of spleen
