Why are my simulated Hec-hms results 100 times smaller than observed flow?

Dear all,

I am running an event model using the initial and constant loss method and clark unit hydrograph transform method. There seems to be a correlation in the two hydrographs but the results of the simulated flow are about 100 times smaller than the observed flow. What have I done wrong? Please advise.
