The reaction of APTES with salicylaldehyde in ethanol leads to the formation of imine compound yellow solid which is mention in literature, but I am not getting yellow solid I don't know why?

I think your reaction is incomplete, reflux the reaction mixture properly and increased the reaction time. Another thing, the product is not always solid. In some reactions, I got semi-solid and liquid Schiff bases. You don't need to keep the reaction mixture for one months usualy alcohols (methanol and ethanol) evaporate within 3 to 7 days at RT. So reduce your reaction mixture 1/3 and kept it in round bottom flux by covering with parafilm and do some 5-7 small pores by needle.....
