Why am i getting high values in blank in sandwich elisa?

Hey guys,

Currently i am facing an issue with my sandwich elisa for IL-LB. I have performed 2 trials for establishing standard curve. At high concentration i am able to see proper readings. However, at lower concentrations (62.5 pg/ml and 31.25 pg/ml), the standard values are very similar to blank values. Currently, i am unable to recognize where the issue could have been. I have added 0.05% PBS-T with 0.1% BSA as blocking agent for 1 hour. I have attached the values below in a single picture.
