I am relatively new to Comsol Multiphysics and trying to build a model (please check the attached .mph file) [https://www.dropbox.com/s/132il9jqxton6ud/stan10.mph?dl=0]. While handling expressions under the load type, they don't give or show errors (typing) but they show errors after computing.

Shouldn't you do the coupling in the Multiphysics node, instead applying it manually as BC?
Michael Dada yellow expression is because the unit for Lame parameter do not match with the expression you have written. And all the material parameters (shown red cross mark) has to be included. Otherwise errors will come.
René Christensen Multi-physics can be incorporated in BC. COMSOL have come up with multi-physics node very recently. I used to model using multi-physics coupling in BC. But yes, multi-physics node coupling should be better I guess with newer versions of COMSOL.
Hi there, you may need to define these user defined in the parameters under the global definitions instead.
