I am confused because I have read about the cosmic rays in my nuclear physics course. But I also know that It's strongly related with space. I will be thankful if anyone suggest me any journal about that.
Normally, an article on cosmic rays should be published in an astronomy journal. The four most common journals are:
Astrophysical Journal (ApJ)
Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society (mnras)
Astronomical Journal (AJ)
Astronomy & Astrophysics (A&A)
I recently published an article on cosmic ray rigidity in. J Astrophys Aerospace Technol . You might try that.

Dr. Garry, Thanks for your suggestion. Honestly, I think, the work I have done in my paper is not that much significant to be published in the Journal you've mentioned. At first I have submitted that in Astroparticle Physics Journal(Elsevier) but was not getting any response even after 20 days. So
^^so I withdrew the paper from there and submitted in the journal of space exploration.
In general, if you already have the title and abstract for your article, you can use the following tools from Elsevier and Springer to help you pick a right journal among those that belong to the respective publisher
