Whrere should I submit my article on the intensity of the cosmic rays? Astronomy related or Nuclear Physics journals?

I am confused because I have read about the cosmic rays in my nuclear physics course. But I also know that It's strongly related with space. I will be thankful if anyone suggest me any journal...
