Who was succeeded in cDNA transient transfection in head and neck cancer cell lines?

Any experience with cDNA transient transfection with head and neck cancer cell lines. I would be grateful for feedback on any experience: what cell lines, what transfection agent, what transfection strategy. I am interested in obtaining a stable cell line, therefore any selection experience.
