This line was established from a neuroendocrine cancer of the colorectum. It grows 2D, is immortal and has been partly characterized. However, my lab is focussing on colorectal cancers and NETs are not our main interest. Thus, I would be happy to cooperate with a lab which has the tools and expertise to complete the characterization more streamline in the NET-field in order to allow for a shared publication.

We have so far: SNP6.0, U133+, basic chemo-response profiles, a PDX, growth characteristics, some flow markers and the like.

Missing are from my point of view: mutations, specific markers for neuroendocrine tumors and the like.

We can easily deliver living or frozen cells, gDNA and RNA. Cell pellets, protein and similar could be arranged, too. A standard MTA is of course and as usual mandatory.
