In the process of teaching and learning, the students are supposed to learn the language (knowledge) of the teachers. Why not the teachers, instead, be made to learn the language of the students and be evaluated by them accordingly?

I agree with you Mohammad. The process of learning and teaching have to be in two directions, not only in one of them. Teachers have to learn from theirs students too, and be evaluted by them.
I always give them their right and the chance of evaluate my work as a teacher, because is a very important part of the process. Like in real life, all "master" learn from what they are teaching (parents from children, grandpathers and grandmother from their grandchild and so on.
