I work in a hospital where we are doing an institutional-wide overhaul of our pain management. We have been looking for an interdisciplinary tool to assess clinician knowledge, and think that the PKBQ would work well, but cannot find any information on who the copyright holder is and where one might actually get a copy.

the education for pain management is not still like a subject in many schools because the treatment of pain is multy disciplinary. We have involve for the first time in 2007.
I suggest you to start with questions with who will access the knowlege of medical staff what they know about etiology, physiology of pain, measure of pain and possible ways to treated pain.
