Dear colleagues,
A file was commissioned to me in order to formulate a set of recommendations for the Marseille City Council. It will be formed as a classic scientific paper.
I thought it would be relevant to propose to experts on environment, energy, climate, etc ... to participate in the development of the file and to co-sign it. It is not necessary to live in Marseille or in France to expose some ideas and to suggest some paper for the file bibliography.

Here is its provisional abstract:
"Considering the climate, health and society issues that can constitute an ecological transition at the scale of a city or a region, the present file will constitute a set of recommendations addressed to the Marseille City Council. It will thus be advised [all recommendations]. In accordance with the expectations of the City Council in terms of feasibility, the actions advocated should not conflict with a major interest of the population and the priorities of the city, particularly in aesthetic, cultural, and social matters. At the request of the deputy mayor for environment, who commissioned this report for the Marseille City Council, the financial question will not be treated here."
The final version of the file will be made in French but an English translation will be sent to all contributors before co-signing.
