Which will be a more higher expression between the TrpC promoter and TEF1 promoter in Fusarium graminearum?

Now, I am working on a overexpression experiment of a fungus gene using the pFA6-kanmx4 vector with TEF1 promoter and terminator on geneticin(G418) cassette, but it doesn't work well. Because I didn't select the fungi grow on the PDA with G418(300ug/ml) and I suspect the TEF1 promoter may not work well in the Fusarium graminearum. Is that the problem?
