What kind of press is using to make electroceramic parts, including PZT parts (hydraulic press, pneumatic press, etc.)?
Furthermore, what is the reason for using this type of press? And does the application of the ceramic part affected by the press type?

Hydraulic press is most common. If you do not apply too much pressure very fast, then it would not affect the material's properties.

As said by the previous comments, Hydraulic press is the common instrument to press ceramics plates either PZT or some other ceramics.
If you want to get suitable plates for better applications.....try to use slow pressure and thin plates. I wish you good luck for your research work.
