Anecdote only. A friend had a diagnosed basal cell carcinoma, for the month prior to scheduled MOHS surgery used marijuana creme daily on it and when admitted for surgery it had been reabsorbed, gone.

My friend has decided she wants to keep her case confidential. I am testing it out on all the lumps and spots on my 71 year old face, and will let you know if I have positive results.
I respect that decision, so now at least we have an effective and successful clinical case.

The effectiveness of a given type of treatment cannot be judged from a single observation. We need trials on adequate samples of patients to draw sound conclusions. However a single observation might be the trigger for novel results.
