We were near to settle our project about the study about the cytotoxic effect of 2 different type of cannabis extracts, but due to legal issues, the project got blocked, near to get canceled. So, now that we can't use the cannabis extracts due the legal situation that is going on right now on Colombia, we hope that there is a way to save wide range of our previous work. So, we are taking changes on endocannabinoid system, trying to show the correlation between the resistance to chemotherapy (cisplatin) and the increasing amount of CB receptors that appears with the resistance, but to show that, we need antibodies for the western blot and the immunofluorescence.
After all that history (and If you want to go to the point), We are hoping that anybody here in this platform could help us with some CB antibodies (better if is CB2 antibodies, because we are working with mammal breast cancer cells - MCF-7 -. However, we also have ovarian an gastric cancer cells). We will take the shipment, If anyone with big hearth could help us.
