Hello everybody,

I want to calculate pI and the molecular weight from linear protein sequence. I try the sequence in 2 different tools; the first one is:

Theoretical pI/Mw: 6.41 / 24884.71

and the second one:

http://isoelectric.ovh.org/calculate.php

Isoelectric point of protein is: 5.98

My sequence's values are different in this tools. Which one is more effective?
