I'm having some difficulties to find a tissue(s) that expresses all the purinergic receptors of P1(a1, a2a, a2b and a3), P2X(1-7) and P2Y(1,2,4,6,12 and 13) families, to use as a positive control for qPCR. There are some publications that say most of them are expressed in hippocampus, but I would like to know exactly before using the small sample I have. And for the ones that probably are not expressed in hippocampus, which tissue may I use?

Take fresh PBMCs, including platelets, thus, you will have all. Just be careful about variability in polymorphic changes in different ethnicities
for P2X receptors hippocampus is fine, I' dont know about P2Ys. In PBMCs you dont always find all P2Xs in my experience
In whole brain you can find all the purinergic receptors, in hippocampus you certainly will find all p2x, but only some of p2y and p1.
At least in the case of P2X receptors, different receptors subtypes are expressed in cell-types only under certain conditions. I would go for whole to brain to maximize your chances of picking up all of them.
