I have tried to answer your question, but I don't understand actually what you need. Actually, amperometry is one of the electrochemical technique, you have said you're going to sense your modified electrode with 3 electrode system. But, you have mentioned barometric sensor.....It is confusing......I am waiting to answer your question once you have clarify me...
What measurement equipment are you using? That would impact the advice. I also share Dr. Karikalan's confusion about your claim that you are doing barometric sensing.
Apologies for the confusion. Typo error from my end: It's not "barometric", its "amperometric".
To make my question clear:
I am using CHi750C for amperometric detection of glucose using modified electrode. This is basically for evaluating the sensitivity of the sensor. Can you please tell the technique which I should use and also the procedure to follow.
It is better for you to use the method of cyclic voltammetry. Thus it is better to remove cyclic voltammetry (CVA) curves both in stationary and potentiodynamic conditions. These practical data of CVA can always be useful in various calculations
