I am looking for a supplier of small chemical (drug-like) molecules to test in a patch-clamp experiment. I need purities about 95% better 99%. And a diverse set of compounds. Preferably, in stock. So that we don't have to wait for synthesis.
And the price, of course, is playing a role.
I have good experience with Enamine LTD however, they guarantee only purities above 90% and prove of purity they provide is spectral data, which is sometimes not sufficient for certain journals.

As you may know I used Maybridge. I liked that the compounds are guaranteed stable over several hours at RT. They suggest purities min 95%. I guess it also depends on what you want to do/ how many substances you want to test. I know there's specific signaling/GPCR/... libraries but couldn't name a specific vendor.
In general, Ascent Scientific (now part of Abcam) is slightly more reasonably priced than Tocris. But in the end I purchase different compounds from different companies based on price. e.g. recently I purchased QX314 from Sigma and DNQX and calcium channel antagonists from Alomone.
