Can you guys tell me which stats should I use when I have both Dependent and Independent variable in categorical form
I want to check level of Depression which is categorized as Normal, Mild, Moderate and Severe among different age group which is categorized as Adolescents, Adult, Middle age and old age.

The association between categorical independent variables which in your case is age-group and dependent variable which is the level of depression; can be tested with chi-squared test of association, and the presence or absence of a statistically significant association should be analyzed with a contingency table analysis to understand and reflect what the association or the absence of it means.
Actually, your variables are ordinal, not categorical. You can use either Spearman rho and/or Kendall Tau for ordinal correlation.
