The purpose of the statistical analysis must be clear. If you want to know the effect of input parameter on defects do an F test and go for ANOVA

Correlatinal analysis can also be done

you can analyze for correlation among these 4 parameters of defects, if the parameters are quantitative, you can do a Principal component analysis.

i suggest that you also do a Pareto analysis for the frequency of occurrence of the different types of defects relevant to your problem, generate Risk priority number (RPN) for the different defects and do a FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis) on your system under study.

use parrato analysis ... find out causes performance . analyse with the help of parratto analysis . 20 % causes are responsible for 80% effects
