The objective of the study is not clearly understandable.
It needs clarification and to be specified correctly.
However, I guess that this may be a case of application of analysis of variance.
When your research is in any ways tied to a real-world application (e.g., pharmaceutical applications), the p-value is meaningless. Why? Because the p-value is a single number that depends on effect size, amount of noise and sample size simultaneously.
You should rather focus on parameter estimation with regression models. That gives you the effect size together with a level of certainty. The effect size, in turn, is an indicator for the practical value of the treatment.
