For a research project, I am trying to study in SPSS whether there is a preference for a type of communication (text, image, video or a combination). I have one variable (preference) with 7 different values (text, image etc). With a Chi-Square test I could analyse whether the null hypothesis (all types of communication are prefered to the same extend, all values are equal) is rejected. This is the case.

Using SPSS, I would like to statistically test if the category "image" is prefered more than "text" for example. This I could show in a bar graph with an asterisk between two bars.

Which test should I use? Or do I need to make new variables so I can test pairwise two variables?
