I am testing the adherence of cells in 2 different cultures (presence of BSA or presence of fibronectin). Each one of these cultures is tested in 5 different conditions (in the presence of Mg2+, Na3Vo4, EDTA, NAF or okadaic acid). My question is : Which statistical test is appropriate to compare my results?

It depends on your research question.
If basic parametric assumptions were met, you can use Two-way repeat measures ANOVA.
It is used to test the behaviour of two similar groups in several conditions (or time series, e.g. at 10min, 20min, 30min, 40min etc), provided the conditions apply to both groups.
In this case, the IV is BSA (group) and or fibronectin (group). The series or DV are in the presence of Mg2+, Na3Vo4, EDTA, NAF and okadaic acid
