Which SPME fiber should i use?

Friends, can SPME fiber be used for doing a GCMS profiling of essential oil compounds from flowers and leaves of a plant (eg .Marigold in my case), if so then which type I should use for estimating it....and also how much will it cost..??

Yes, SPME fibers work well for GC-MS profiling of essential oil compounds from flowers. Here is an example paper that compares results for 4 different types of SPME fibers for your particular application:
