Recently I am working with Hesperidin as a standard using HPLC/ LC-MS. My mobile phase is acetonitrile and water. But Hesperidin is not dissolving in methanol or ethanol which is my solvent. I found some literatures where they used DMSO. I am afraid to use DMSO in LC-MS/ HPLC. Could anyone help me to tell that, is that DMSO is compatible with HPLC and LC-MS machine. Thanks in advance.

Hesperidin soluble in pyridine, NaOH solution; dimethyl formamide; slightly soluble in methanol and hot glacial acetic acid; very slightly soluble in ether, acetone, chloroform and benzene.1g of this product can be dissolved in 50L water.
