I'd like to know the correct numbering of atoms within large heterocyclic molecule, and the nomenclature of parts of it, so when I select a portion of the compound I can know what is the IUPAC nomenclature of this part. So which software or website can help me with this two processes ?

Is chemDraw available for mac? I tried some others but atomic numbering differs software to software. Is that normal? Thanks
