Now I'm using Sketchup, which is not so appropriate for small objects, and during my web searches, I found some open Source Softwares that specially designed for this purpose (tissue engineering) like: DOI: 10.1042/BA20030109 DOI: 10.1016/j.protcy.2014.10.176 But I don't know that are they available for public uses or not? How can I download them?
I will be grateful if suggest a better and more suitable software for this topic.

Although I am not an expert in Tissue Engineering, I would recommend both a software and a sample article. FreeCAD open source software is a parametric 3D modeler which includes different workbenches and can be implemented with ad-hoc tools depending on applications (thanks to the big community of developers). In my academic path I came across many articles regarding FreeCAD and I found that it is also used for tissue engineering.

I'd recommend Meshmixer for a beginner because it is both easy to learn and capable of helping you make great models.
There's also nTopology, that has a parametric approach to lattice structures that will give you an avenue of options to design your scaffolds.
