I want to reconstruct ancestral area for a widely distributed snake with continous geograpgica space. Do someone know which programme can complete a continous phylogeograpgic diffusion analysis besides BEAST?
I would suggest to use the new R package BioGeoBEARS. This software allows probabilistic inference of both historical biogeography (ancestral geographic ranges on a phylogeny) as well as comparison of different models of range evolution.
The software can be downloaded from the following site:

I would second the use of BioGeoBEARS, but take a look at RASP as well: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Yan_Yu33/publication/274261009_RASP_(Reconstruct_Ancestral_State_in_Phylogenies)_A_tool_for_historical_biogeography/links/5543d8430cf24107d396379e.pdf
