How can I solve a BEAST problem for marginal-likelihood estimation?

Hello anyone

I'm trying to perform an analysis of MLE (marginal-likelihood extimation) in BEAST, but when I run BEAST1.80 in Cipres, the result file displays the error message:

Underflow calculating likelihood. Attempting a rescaling...

Attempting theta (100/101) = 2.1544346900318824E-7 for 10000000 iterations + 1000000 burnin.

..................................."

But I can have the values of marginal-likelihood after completion

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
