i want to simulate an injection lock frequency divider in cadence and in all of the paper related to this article there are some plots like input sensitivity that is a curve based on incident power versus frequency or plot of locking range .
my question is that which of the cadence analysis should i use to plot these curves? and is the output of transient analysis of this specific circuit should be full swing or not for input sin wave with 10mV amplitude ?

At first you would like to operate your circuit as a free running oscillator. In this mode of operation you have to apply zero injection voltage.
You have to run transient analysis wile switching the applied DC voltage to star t the oscillator. After this step you can determine the oscillator frequency.
In the frequencies divider mode then you inject an a sinusoidal wave voltage with
v= Vp sin 2 pi finj t with finj is equal to the ffr or a multiple of it or an integral fraction of it as per your design. You vary Vp in steps from 0 to 0.6V and you make transient analysis while starting the circuit with VDD switching. You have to continue your simulation time till you get a steady state voltage at the out + and the out - nodes of your circuit. Then you measure the frequency of the output sinewave. The tracking range by definition is the frequency range at which the local oscillator locks on the applied injected frequency or a harmonic of it.
For every Vp you have specific lock frequency.
So it is so that you adjust Vp then change the injector frequency till tracking at the output out + occurs. One repeats the procedure for the whole range of the controlling voltage Vp.
The most important note is that the output frequency must be equal of a multiple of injector voltage. This is the sign of tracking. Otherwise the oscillator will be out of lock.
