we are trying to amplify the 28S and 18S gene of Criconematoides by using the primers of Hominic et al 1997 and Nadler et al 2006 but these primers are not working on these nematodes. Please suggest how i amplify the 28S and 18S gene of these nematodes.

Please go on the attached link for the primers frequently for the amplification of plant parasitic nematodes. The 18S small subunit (SSU) ribosomal DNA (rDNA) sequence is one of the most useful molecular loci for identifying agricultural invertebrates and their phylogeny reconstruction.
