"A" is the polymer having low molecular weight and low surface energy. "B" is the polymer with high molecular weight and high surface energy. In a mixture "B" is slightly large concentration than "A". So when we coat a mixture of these two polymers on a substrate; which polymer can be rich in surface?

I expected that polymer "A" is low surface energy. So irrespective of ratio it may rich in surface. Someone can share their experiences or please suggest some literature regarding this. Thank you
