Well it's a good software but I am looking for an open access software.

Some researhers use R for statistics. It is free, but it can't be marked as a special software for breeding experiments.

I know R, PBtool, STAR, QTL ICIMapping, STRUCTURE, TASSEL, Excel, GenAlEx and recently MVApp, which is web-based. I have used all of these in my plant breeding and genetic experiments, and they are open access.

Mostly researhers are using R for statistics, but it's a little bit difficult to use and It is free.

I recommend you to use spss.
